Bio

Tyra Sheppard is the senior administrative assistant for the Diversity in Engineering Center. Sheppard has over twenty years of administrative experience serving in a variety of roles in both secondary and higher education. Before coming to UD, she served as the office coordinator for Dayton Business Technology High School, administrative coordinator for the College of Education at Central State University and coordinator for the Student Enrollment Center at Dayton Public Schools. Sheppard's experience included managing budgets, assisting with marketing communications and event and program execution within a variety of areas including recruitment, enrollment and admissions.
