Olajumoke Agboola joins the University of Dayton as a Graduate Assistant in the office of diversity & inclusion. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with a graduate certificate in Business Intelligence. She is excited to support UD's diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Previously, Olajumoke earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Ibadan, in Nigeria. 

Olajumoke has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources and Executive Management. Her most recent employment was with Marriott International where she worked closely with the general manager to ensure smooth day to day operations of the hotel. She also assisted the human resource department by working on various employee engagement initiatives to increase overall hotel's productivity and boost employee performance.

Olajumoke has extensive experience in executive and administrative management, employee engagement. performance management, recruitment and onboarding, data analysis and analytics.
