Paul Dagnall has been working at UD since 2008. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Online Programs and Instructional Design in the Center for Online Learning. He works with faculty to use technology to create effective learning experiences. He has presented at the Open Apereo Conference and the University of Wisconsin's Distance Teaching & Learning Conference.
