Operations and Supply Management

Operations and supply management is the critical function that creates and distributes products and services, improves the quality of products and services, and ensures streamlined and efficient business processes. The OM major at UD features an industry-respected state-of-the-art curriculum that blends analytical skills, managerial/organizational skills and hands-on experience through capstone consulting projects.

Operations management is easily combined in a double major to enhance opportunities in other functional careers in marketing, finance and accounting.

Program Details

The operations and supply management (OPS) program is comprised of six required courses and two electives. The program's hallmark is its senior capstone consulting project with a regional firm (which often leads to a permanent job offer). You grapple with real operations and supply problems of real firms. This cutting edge program benefits from extensive interaction and guidance from area business executives.
