The University of Dayton Department of Engineering Management, Systems and Technology offers engineering practice-based undergraduate and graduate programs, along with professors who have extensive real-world industrial experience and state-of-the-art labs to help you to excel.

Our undergraduate programs combine experiential learning and a broad multidisciplinary curriculum. Our graduate certificates, master's and doctoral programs teach you problem-solving, decision-making and management skills needed to accelerate your professional career.

Through our ETHOS Center, you'll have a chance to gain perspectives on how engineering and technology are influenced by the world through service-learning experiences.

All University of Dayton students and alumni have access to Career Services, which provides a variety of services including career advising, events, workshops and more.

For undergraduate students wanting to pursue graduate degrees, we offer a Bachelor's Plus Master's Program.

As a Flyer, you'll be able to get involved through engineering clubs and organizations and professional fraternities and honor societies, like the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and the engineering technology honor society Tau Alpha Pi.
