Yes. University of Dayton alumni receive lifetime access to Career Services free of charge. Alumni can schedule 1-on-1 career counseling appointments, utilize Handshake for job searches, attend campus career fairs, participate in networking, and receive résumé assistance at any stage of their career.

How do UD students find internships and co-ops?
Students can access internship and co-op listings through Handshake, UD's centralized job portal. More than 30,000 internships and co-op positions — and 125,000 total job postings — are published on Handshake annually. Additionally, Career Services hosts specialized career fairs, campus interviewing days, and industry networking events to connect students directly with regional and national employers.

What is Flyer Connection?

Flyer Connection is UD's hub for experiential learning, where you can discover opportunities for research, community engagement, leadership, internships and more. Through Flyer Connection, you can also learn about different industries and jobs, get resume advice and connect with a mentor through the Alumni Mentoring Program.

How can employers post jobs or recruit on the University of Dayton campus?

Employers can post job and internship positions in Handshake free of charge. Employers and organizations can also register for seasonal career fairs, schedule on-campus interview rooms, or host employer information sessions by contacting employerrelations@udayton.edu.
