Built in 2004 and housing over 380 students, Marianist Hall offers two types of living accommodations.
- East and Middle Wings: Consist of traditional, 2-person rooms with shared community restrooms.
- West Wing: Offers 4-person suites with a shared bathroom per suite.
The building also houses multipurpose academic areas, the UD Bookstore and The Emporium.

- Common lounge per wing on each floor.
- Chapel.
- The Emporium, a 24/7 convenience store with a full-service deli.
- Lobby featuring seating, study areas and TV.
- Laundry room on first floor.
- Bike storage room available on ground floor (additional exterior racks available).
- Common copier unit available for student use.

Room Amenities
Rooms include a MicroFridge, and each student is provided with:
- Extra long twin bed (80") – lofting and adjustable – can be lowered or raised to student’s preference (up to about 5' high). Students can request a side (roll-out rail) if desired
- Study table with lap drawer and desk chair
- Pedestal cart with drawer and cabinet (with extendable writing surface)
- Closet with built in dresser, shelf and a high storage nook
