On-Campus Housing

At UD, where you live is more than an address. It's where your community forms, your memories take root and your story begins.
The University of Dayton is proud to be a residential campus; nearly 80% of students live on campus all four years. Here, housing isn't just convenient. It's central to what it means to be a Flyer.
First-year students live in Marianist Hall, Marycrest Complex or Stuart Complex. Each of them is a community in itself, complete with a live-in staff and a Resident Assistant on each floor, as well as study rooms, laundry facilities and a chapel. After your first year, you might move into spacious apartments, suites or houses in our unique student neighborhood.
Of course, campus isn't just where you go to class. It's also where you learn to live on your own, make lifelong friends, nurture your health and wellbeing, and get involved. So no matter where you live, you'll be connected to a vibrant community that makes UD feel like home.
