Marycrest Complex, affectionately known as "The Crest," overlooks University of Dayton's Central Mall. Marycrest is our largest residential facility and is home to roughly 870 students; it is co-ed by floor. Featuring wide hallways, large residential rooms and communal lounges, Marycrest rooms are mostly doubles.
Marycrest host to one of our three main dining locations and is adjacent to tranquil Serenity Pines garden.

Room Amenities
Rooms include a MicroFridge, and each student is provided with:
- Extra long twin bed (80”) – lofting and adjustable – can be lowered or raised to student’s preference (up to about 5' high). Students can request a side (roll-out rail) if desired
- Study table with lap drawer and desk chair
- Pedestal cart with drawer and cabinet (with extendable writing surface)
- Closet with built in dresser, shelf, and a high storage nook
