Located on the southeast corner of campus, Stuart Complex is conveniently near the intramural fields and the city of Dayton's 300+ miles of biking trails.
Housing approximately 600 first-year students, Stuart Complex’s main lobby includes multiple sitting and study lounges, a chapel, a convenience store and laundry facilities.

- Extra long twin bed (80”) – lofting and adjustable – can be lowered or raised to student’s preference (up to about 5” high). Students can request a side (rollout rail), if desired.

- Pedestal cart with drawer and cabinet (with extendable writing surface)
- 3-drawer dresser (with extendable writing surface)
- Closet with standard rod, shelf and a high storage nook
