Garden Apartments feature 11 buildings and house approximately 500 students. Apartments are located:
- On Stewart Street, near Roesch Library and the restaurants and shops on Brown Street.
- On the South Quad in the south student neighborhood.
Each building has two washers and two dryers on the ground floor.
