Supporting Your Health and Wellbeing

At UD, we believe in supporting the whole person: mind, body and spirit.

As a Flyer, you'll have access to programs and services that promote wellbeing — and be able to connect with practitioners who are committed to providing the guidance, treatment, coaching and support you need to thrive.

Our new Health and Wellbeing Center, scheduled to open in fall 2026, will also provide expanded health, counseling and mental health services, and fitness opportunities.
