Campus Recreation Membership

• Fall 2025: August 18 - December 31
• Spring 2026: January 2 - May 10
• Summer 2026: May 18 - August 15 

Campus Recreation memberships can be purchased in the following ways:

• Online
• In Person at the RecPlex
• Payroll Deduction (available for full-time UD employees only)

Campus Recreation memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full Time Undergraduate Students 

Individuals in this group are enrolled in at least 12 credit hours in a degree seeking program at the University. Membership for these individuals is included within their tuition.

Graduate Assistants

To be eligible for the Graduate Assistant rate, these individuals must have a contract on file with the Graduate School. Graduate Assistant memberships must be purchased in-person at the RecPlex. Please ask about the Graduate Assistant rate when purchasing.

Student Membership Pricing

Part Time/Advanced Degree Students

Individuals in this group are enrolled in 1-11 credit hours at the University or are enrolled in a unique program. It includes but is not limited to:

• Graduate
• Doctoral

• DPT

Individuals in this group include full and part time employees of the University of Dayton, as well as UD retirees. 

Faculty/Staff Membership Pricing

• Faculty/Staff Individual Annual: $300
• Faculty/Staff Individual Semester: $144
• Faculty/Staff Individual Summer: $72
• HR Subsidized Annual: $200
• HR Subsidized Semester: $94 

HR Subsidy

During select renewal periods, full time, benefit-eligible UD employees are eligible for a $100 (annual) or $50 (semester) discount on their individual membership. Add-on memberships do not qualify for this subsidy. 

Interested employees may obtain this discount during the following subsidy periods:

• Fall: August 1 to September 30
• Spring: January 1 to February 28

Alumni

Campus Recreation membership includes those who have obtained a degree from the University of Dayton. Alumni status will be verified after the sale, so no documentation is needed at time of transaction.

• Alumni Individual Semester: $240
• Alumni Individual Summer: $120

Community members with no affiliation to the University are eligible to purchase a Campus Recreation membership.

• Community Member Individual Summer: $120

Family Add-On Members are considered part of the immediate family of a current Campus Recreation Member. These memberships are purchased in addition to any of the Individual Memberships described above. Family Add-On membership options include:

Single Family Member Add On

One member of the individual Campus Recreation member’s immediate family. This would be either a spouse or one child under the age of 26.

Full Family Add On

This includes the Campus Recreation member's spouse and children (under age 26).
