Group Fitness Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At UD, our Commitment to Community means acting with respect and responsibility. When you reserve a class spot, you hold a space a fellow Flyer could use. If you can't make it, please release your spot so another participant has the opportunity to support their wellbeing.

  • Cancel 1+ Hour Early: If you can't make it, cancel at least 1 hour before class so another participant can utilize your spot.
  • Late Cancels & No-Shows: Failing to cancel on time or missing class results in a strike.
  • The Consequences: Accumulating multiple strikes may result in:
    1. A temporary suspension of your booking privileges.
    2. In persistent cases, a temporary loss of RecPlex facility access.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our fitness community fair and accessible for everyone!
