The Women Lead. certificate program is open to:

Employees of UDCL partner organizations: $6,300

Public: $6,950

The Women Lead. program includes 10 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a women’s leadership specific 360^o feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each full day. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a digital badge that highlights their achievement and leadership capabilities. Graduates are also eligible to attend one additional day of Executive Development programming at no extra cost.

Digital Badge

Successful graduates of the Women Lead. Certificate cohort will receive a digital badge that can be added to their resume and LinkedIn profile, showcasing their leadership development and achievements.
