If you are a front-line supervisor, manager, or ready to step into a leadership role, this cohort will empower you to lead with confidence and make a greater impact. Through in-depth assessments, mentorship, coaching, and a personalized development plan, you will build your foundation for self and team leadership.

The instructional mode in which the Supervisory Leadership Certificate programs will be facilitated is a blended format. This is noted below next to each class.

• Blended: Combined in-person/on-campus and streamed live via Zoom with the facilitator being in person.

The Supervisory Leadership certificate program is open to: 

Employees of UDCL partner organizations: $4,200 
Public: $4,550

The Supervisory Leadership program includes 11 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a 360^o feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each full day. Upon completion, participants earn a digital badge that highlights their leadership growth and achievement. Participants are also eligible to attend two additional days of Professional Development programs at no extra cost.

Successful graduates of the Supervisory Leadership Certificate program will receive a digital badge that can be added to their resume and LinkedIn profile to showcase their leadership journey and accomplishments.
