The Supervisory Leadership Certificate is an 11-day leadership development cohort designed to maximize your personal and team performance. During this six-month cohort, you will be empowered to excel in your daily roles and responsibilities and expand your impact as a leader, regardless of your title or position. This certificate combines research-backed frameworks with practical tools to help you immediately apply new strategies in the workplace.

Upon successful completion, you will earn a digital badge to showcase your leadership capabilities, which can be added to your resume and LinkedIn profile. You will also receive two additional days of training through our Professional Development programs to further enhance your leadership toolkit.

The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program is open to:

The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program includes 11 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a 360^o feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each full day.

Upon completion, participants earn a digital badge that highlights their leadership growth and achievement. Participants are also eligible to attend two additional days of Professional Development programs at no extra cost.

Digital Badge

Successful graduates of the Supervisory Leadership Certificate program will receive a digital badge that can be added to their resume and LinkedIn profile to showcase their leadership journey and accomplishments.

The SLC program not only strengthened what I already knew, but it also helped me learn what changes I needed to make so I can motivate others to achieve the common goals of the organization. This is the kind of knowledge that cannot be learned on the job.
