Coach Training Program Curriculum Overview
The iPEC Coach Training Program consists of three live, interactive modules (each three days in length), spaced approximately three months apart. These live modules are offered in both in-person or virtual cohort formats. Between modules, participants complete coursework that includes peer coaching, mentor coaching, and skill-building practice.

Following completion of the core program, participants continue into advanced training through the COR.E® Dynamics curriculum, earning an additional certification in a specialized coaching niche.

Module I: Coaching Fundamentals
