Kelsey O'Rourke is the Assistant Director, Leadership Programs. In this role, she oversees and manages the Supervisory Leadership Certificate program.
Prior to joining the UDCL team, Kelsey spent seven years with UD Career Services developing recruiting strategies and opportunities for hiring organizations and coaching job seekers.
Kelsey received her M.A. in Higher Education and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
