From hands-on activities in our engineering labs to touring campus and our facilities, the Office of Engineering Engagement offers programs throughout the year that introduces high school juniors and seniors (and their families) to careers in engineering and what makes a UD engineering degree unique.

International Engineering Student Engagement (IESE)

IESE creates and fosters a home for international students in the School of Engineering to build intercultural competence as well as interpersonal and leadership skills, helping to shape students into global engineers.

All students are welcome to participate in IESE programs with the goal of creating and upholding an engineering community that celebrates diversity academically, professionally and socially.

Multi-Ethnic Engineers Program (MEP) link-arrow link-arrow

MEP is a diverse and inclusive community committed to the success of undergraduate students at UD. We help students build community in engineering and connect with their peers, as well as explore their vocation and engineering identity.

High school seniors who meet eligibility requirements can apply for the NACME Scholars Program.

Any and all members of the campus community are invited to participate in MEP.

WEP is committed to providing engineering students with opportunities for networking, service and academic growth, as well as social activities to meet peers and build meaningful relationships within a supportive community.

Any and all members of the campus community, regardless of sex, are invited to participate in WEP.
