DIIC offers a unique experiential learning opportunity in international investing with no barriers to entry. Dayton Investment Banking Academy

Launch your investment banking career. You'll receive intensive training in accounting, valuation, M&A and financial modeling in a 14-week bootcamp, culminating in a presentation to industry professionals at ArkMalibu. Gain exclusive experiential learning through our private equity internship with Kirtland Capital Partners, working on real M&A and private placement deals. ENT Club

Sponsored by the L. William Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, this student-run club provides insight and exposure to the role of entrepreneurship in our economy. The goal of the ENT Club is to not only have members feel confident in starting their own business, but to embody the entrepreneurial mindset.

Flyer Angels

Flyer Angels — our seven-figure private equity fund investing in Ohio-based high-tech startups — is one of only a handful of programs nationwide that allow undergraduate students to make angel investments. Analyze high-tech startups, conduct due diligence and make real angel investments in Ohio-based or UD-connected ventures. This competitive program offers unparalleled, hands-on experience from deal flow to investment decisions.

Flyer Consulting

Through Flyer Consulting, students gain hands-on experience by providing pro-bono services to nonprofits and small businesses across the globe. They also execute a microloan program to help small businesses expand and grow. Participation in this student-run organization qualifies for BWISE's Service and Civic Engagement requirement.

Omicron Delta Epsilon

UD is home to the Ohio Tau chapter of this international honor society for economics. Members must achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.25, take at least 12 hours of economics courses, and maintain a 3.25 GPA in economics. In addition to chapter events and networking opportunities, members receive a subscription to The American Economist and become eligible to earn economics awards.
