In the College of Arts and Sciences, several of our departments hold specialized approval and accreditation.
Art and Design
The Department of Art and Design (now part of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts) is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.
The Department of Music (now part of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts) has an accreditation from National Association of Schools of Music and an approval from the American Music Therapy Association.
