Build on your skillset with the Undergraduate Certificate in Real Estate. This program is your launchpad to gain essential knowledge to navigate the real estate sector. 

For business majors, this certificate requires only three additional courses in finance and economics. 

  • FIN 336: Principles of Real Estate
  • FIN 337: Real Estate Development (Spring only)
  • ECO 485: Urban & Regional Economics (Fall only)

Non-Business majors also must complete three prerequisite courses (ECO 203, ACC 200, and FIN 300). The program is intentionally designed to stack with our existing offerings: business administration minorbusiness fundamentals certificate, and minors in business economics or economics.

This certificate is only open to degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Dayton.
