The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory until noon Saturday for wind chills as low as nine below zero. As cold weather persists, the University wants to remind our community about tips for protecting yourself, your residences and your property, plus dealing with winter weather. These will be posted on UD's emergency preparedness and response page, along with updates on weather alerts, event cancellations and building closures.

Encouraging Lifelong Learning

Designed for adults age 50 and older, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Dayton (UDOLLI) is designed for you to expand knowledge and explore ideas in an informal, flexible and non-competitive environment.

There are no prerequisites, no exams, no grades — only the opportunity to interact with your contemporaries and meet friends, old and new.

UDOLLI offers a variety of seminars and scheduling options throughout the year. Seminars meet weekly during the fall, winter and spring. One-day seminars are offered during the summer.

Program Overview

Seminar Offerings and Locations

UDOLLI offers seminars in a wide variety of subjects during the fall, winter and spring. A smaller number of seminars are available in the summer.

A majority of UDOLLI seminars take place at Daniel J. Curran Place, 1700 S. Patterson Blvd., Dayton. Some seminars are held at other UD campus buildings or off-site locations, such as the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery.
