Flyer First Destination Survey

Flyers go on to work, volunteer and pursue graduate studies at an impressive array of places after graduation. Over the past 5 years, 900+ Flyers were hired by 216 distinct Fortune 500 companies, including GE Aerospace, Fifth-Third, Parker Hannifin, Cintas, and Procter & Gamble.

Each semester, we survey graduating students to learn their post-graduation plans. The following reports present the data from the most recent survey, which includes students who graduated during the 2024-25 academic year. New reports are typically released each spring.

Survey Highlights

97% reported they are finding success in their chosen fields or in a job that's a first step toward a position in their field.
Top employers include GE Aerospace, Premier Health, JPMorganChase and Honda.
The Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati and Case Western Reserve University are among the top graduate schools accepting UD graduates.
845 unique employers hired UD graduates; students are attending 133 grad schools.
53% of the graduates who reported being employed found employment in Ohio, while 47% found opportunities in at least 35 states and 8 countries.
