The Engineering Co-op and Internship Office partners with UD Career Services twice a year (fall and spring semesters) to invite employers just like you to campus for a career fair and on-campus interviews.

Employers are also offered year-round services through the Engineering Co-op and Internship Office to help find co-op/intern matches.

Work Terms

Work terms align with the University of Dayton's academic calendar:

Fall: End of August to mid-December
Spring: Beginning of January to the end of April
Summer: Beginning of May to mid-August

How to Get Started

1) Register with UD's preferred hiring management tool, Handshake.

2) Contact the Engineering Co-op and Internship Office to:

Gain insight on current hiring and pay trends for co-ops and interns
Sign up for on-campus interviews (held each fall and spring semester)
Schedule interview sessions on campus (other than career fairs and on-campus interview events)
Advertise your company and/or open positions at tabling events
Gain support in finding and hiring student co-ops and interns
