How far in advance do I need to request use of the space?

We need at least 24 hours upon receiving the request. The space is booked typically weeks, even months out. The sooner, the better.

Is there public parking? Do you need a parking pass to park at the building?

There is a parking lot attached to the building that is available. It is not necessary to have a parking pass. It is free parking with the option of two overflow lots for additional parking. The back portion of the GE lot directly behind our lot and the U lot over by the Marriot are also available for use.
