Standard, Non-Urgent Requests
Work order requests for residential facilities, academic and administrative buildings, campus grounds and keys should be submitted through the Work Order Portal. You can also check the status of an existing request in the portal.

If you notice an urgent, unexpected facilities issue that requires immediate attention, please contact:

Phone, Cable TV and Internet Issues
If you need assistance with University phones, cable TV or Internet, submit a request through the IT service center.
