Operating Hours
The main lobby is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..
Use of the north entrance, or access to the building after business hours, requires approval from UDRI Security. For access accommodations and approval, email security@udri.udayton.edu.
Parking
Employee and Student Parking – Lot R1, R2 and R3- All employees and students parked on UD property must have a UD parking permit.
- All employee and student permits are valid at Curran Place.
- Night permits are honored only after 4 p.m.
- No permit is required Monday – Thursday after 7:30 p.m., Friday after 4:30 p.m. or on weekends.
- A parking permit is not required for visitors in visitor parking spaces.
- Employees and students are not permitted to park in visitor spaces.
- For visits more than three days, contact parking services for arrangements.
- For group events, contact parking services to make arrangements.
- 30-minute delivery zones are available. Emergency flashers are required.

Curran Place IT
Temporary Wi-Fi access is available for guests and visitors. For questions, contact the UDit Service Center at 937-229-3888.
Private Events

A Short Term Lease Agreement and Certificate of Insurance are required (provided upon booking)

All food and beverage service must be provided by UD Catering Services. Catering amenities include black or white linen table cloths and linen napkins, glass and china, servicewares.

Licensee must follow all building rules and rental rules, which will be provided as part of the booking process.
Preferred Vendors
Event hosts are responsible for coordinating these services including drop off and pick up to the facility. This information must be communicated to the Catering Services Office.
