Opportunities to Engage With UD Business Students

There's a reason our graduate success rate is at record highs: employers know the work ethic and business acumen they receive when they hire a Flyer.

Whether engaging students 1:1 during a campus visit or mentoring a student team through a semester-long capstone project, employers have a variety of options for building their brand within the Flyer community.

Our team is eager to provide you with personalized assistance to quickly and easily help your company partner with us and our students.

Attend a Tabling Event

Connect with students during a promotional tabling event. Positioned in the heart of the business school, you’ll have exclusive access to business students.

Tabling hours are available Monday through Thursday during the fall and spring semesters.

Attend Recruiting Events

Accelerate your recruiting by reaching students at a campus-wide fair. UD Career Services offers career and internship fairs during the fall and spring semesters.

The UD chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, a national accounting fraternity, also hosts recruiting fairs during the fall and spring semesters for business majors seeking accounting-related opportunities.

Submit a Capstone Proposal

Companies are invited to submit a project idea for a senior capstone class. If selected, your company will partner with a student team during the course of one to two semesters as they work with faculty to provide you with practical business solutions.

Speak to a Class or Student Organization

Corporate representatives regularly speak in our business classes. Our student-run clubs and organizations also regularly seek companies for professional development speakers, site visit hosts, and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Advanced planning is required to accommodate guest speakers.

Conduct On-Campus Interviews

UD Career Services provides your company free access to UD's Employer Engagement Center, complete with nine private interview spaces and wireless internet access. Parking is located adjacent to the building. Dates are available during the fall and spring semesters.

Continuing Education

Professional development workshop at the UD Center for LeadershipAt the UD Center for Leadership, we bring together leaders from a diverse range of regional organizations — large and small, private and public, across industries and sectors — to learn, grow and solve problems together.

Unlike traditional training models, our programs create a dynamic, shared learning experience where leaders gain insight not only from expert facilitators but from one another. This cross-pollination of ideas fuels innovation, strengthens partnerships and creates a ripple effect of leadership impact.

We also help organizations develop and retain top talent, increase engagement through employee development and prepare for succession by developing future executives.
