Business Ethics & Environmental Sustainability: Dayton Art Institute
On Jan. 18, the BEES (Business Ethics & Environmental Sustainability) took a short flight across the river to the Dayton Art Institute for a special exhibition bringing together original art from two of America’s most beloved cartoons.
Brought to life by animation director Chuck Jones: Dr. Seuss’ "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," as well as art featuring Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie (including a gag couch) from the early years (starting in 1989 and running 13 seasons). T
The visit provided a pretext for a future gathering to view Dr. Seuss’ "The Lorax" (lamenting deforestation), as well as an opportunity for the BEES to reminisce about a prior documentary on the start-up of Greenpeace.
