Business Ethics & Environmental Sustainability: Riverscape and Christmas on Campus

The BEES were busy before, during and after Christmas on Campus. The night before, the BEES gathered to prepare the crafts — reindeer bell necklaces, snowman wooden bead ornaments and pinecone bird feeders — designed to keep the kids content while waiting (potentially in long lines) to see Santa. Then, in the afternoon before the campus morphed into the North Pole, the BEES ventured downtown to ice-skate at the Metroparks Riverscape outdoor ice venue, located between the Dayton Dragon’s home field and the Great Miami River.

Some BEES were competent skaters, and others required a few laps around the rink with the helpful plastic green chambers (designed to prevent collisions, but these things happen). A good time was had by all.
