Business Ethics & Environmental Sustainability: Kayak expedition

The last excursion of the BEES was especially sweet.

UD’s River Stewards, at the instigation of senior Gillian Leone, had the opportunity to kayak in the Eastwood Metropark Mad River tributary and enjoy a last picnic featuring many of the finest foods made possible by the pollination services of honey bees (raspberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, melon, avocados and oranges), as well as foods featured on earlier BEES outings that proved to be favorites, including Dorothy Lane Market's French bread, Boursin and killer brownies.

No tears were shed, but some BEES certainly got wet.
