Humor and fiction writer Nicole Beckley has released a comedic novel, Torsos of Desire, as an audiobook/podcast.
Set in the design department of a romance novel publisher, the book follows a nameless narrator who is looking for love and isn’t afraid to pursue whatever, and whoever, she wants. She might be a lush and a narcissist, but she’s not a bad person.
Beckley narrates the novel in 10 audio segments. You can listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Podbean or Podchaser.
She’s contributed jokes to the Austin Film Festival awards, written for the El Arroyo sign and performed hundreds of improv and sketch comedy shows.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, she’s a graduate of Stanford University.
