Humor Writer of the Month: Tracy Grathwohl

Tracy Grathwohl’s column, “Tilting at Windmills,” appears in The East Hampton Press, The Southampton Press and The Sag Harbor Express

"It’s a humor column where I’m supposed to be covering local topics, but my pieces usually end up examining my upper middle-aged life. I guess you could call it hyper-local," she quips.

Her work also has appeared in "BigTimeAdulting’s Soul Snacks" newsletter, The East Hampton Star, AARP’s "The Girlfriend" newsletter and the "Greener Pastures" website.

She lives in East Hampton, New York, with her husband, who she calls Mr. Hockey in her column. "We’ve raised four wonderful children, or as I like to call them, the hockey pucks."
