Zuri the Zebra and the Seasons of Giving

Who's Publishing What: Zuri the Zebra and the Seasons of Giving

Andrea Gelfuso, a two-time preliminary judge for the Humorist-in-Residence Program and a still-hyperventilating survivor of the 2022 Erma Workshop Stand-Up Show, is excited to announce the publication of her kids’ book, Zuri the Zebra and the Seasons of Giving.

Lovingly illustrated by talented artist Lindy Lou Losh, Zuri is a funny story about how generous kids and mischievous animals bring attention to the excesses of the holidays. (Singing Christmas underwear?!) Zuri celebrates diverse families and cultures, but mostly Zuri gives parents and kids a chance to laugh together.

This is Andrea's second book. She also published My Modena: A Year of Fear, Laughter, and Exhilaration in Italy, and is writing another book about living in Malta. Where else would taking out the trash lead to being an extra in a movie?
