Building Futures. Strengthening Dayton.

In a tight labor market, Dayton employers need adaptable, career-ready professionals — yet many graduates leave the region after earning their degrees.

The UD Sinclair Academy and the Professional and Applied Learning (PAL) Fellowship bridge this gap by connecting education with opportunity, helping students launch meaningful careers while providing regional businesses with the skilled workforce they need to thrive.
