- Workforce initiative for the UD Sinclair Academy
UD was the first academic environment where I could fully integrate my Catholic faith with my scholarly identity, without feeling as though I had to compromise either. Attending UD as a nontraditional graduate student and completing my doctorate here, was not just an academic milestone, but a deeply formative experience that affirmed my values and strengthened my sense of purpose. The friendships that I developed at UD are lifelong, and the relationships I developed with faculty are some of my most cherished connections. The faculty who taught me and mentored my research invested in my development with intention and extraordinary care. Their mentorship has served as a beacon of light and has empowered me to pursue the work and future that I once thought was unattainable. Here at UD, lives are transformed and dreams are made into reality; my family and I are living proof of that statement.
