The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory until noon Saturday for wind chills as low as nine below zero. As cold weather persists, the University wants to remind our community about tips for protecting yourself, your residences and your property, plus dealing with winter weather. These will be posted on UD's emergency preparedness and response page, along with updates on weather alerts, event cancellations and building closures.

Why I Love UD

The strong partnership between the University of Dayton and Sinclair College is a testament to the commitment to providing an accessible education to students in the Dayton region. I truly believe the UD Sinclair Academy provides students a pathway to success in college and beyond. It brings me so much joy to see students engaged and active in our campus communities (in and outside of the classroom).

The University of Dayton has been my home since arriving on campus as an undergraduate student. Originally from Buffalo, N.Y., I was drawn to UD and its strong sense of community and service for others. For the last 15 years, I have been blessed to work with amazing colleagues who share the same passion for our University. Helping students navigate the complexities of the college journey in pursuit of academic, personal, and professional goals is my passion. When I'm not on campus, I enjoy singing, playing tennis, and spending time with my husband and two children (both future Flyers!).
