Katie Sullivan leads the development and delivery of custom leadership programs, consulting solutions, and the Women Lead. Certificate program. An accomplished executive coach, facilitator, and program director, Katie specializes in leadership development, talent strategy, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across corporate, nonprofit, government and higher education sectors. She also brings extensive executive education experience, including leading the implementation and execution of the inaugural Executive Leadership Certificate program.
Prior to joining the Center for Leadership, Katie spent more than 20 years at Nationwide, a Fortune 100 company, where she held leadership and consulting roles partnering with executives to build organizational capability, develop talent pipelines and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Katie is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She holds certifications in LPI® (Leadership Practices Inventory) Coaching, DiSC Behavioral Spectrum Analysis, and Business Motivators Analysis, and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She earned her MBA from Ohio Dominican University and her B.A. from Miami University (Ohio).
