National Collegiate Athletic Association and Conference Mandated Policies
Purpose
As a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (the Association), the Atlantic 10 Conference, and the Pioneer Football League (collectively the Conferences), the University of Dayton is responsible to maintain and control its intercollegiate athletics program in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Association and Conferences. Membership in the Association and Conferences requires the University to establish mandated policies and procedures.
Scope
Faculty, staff, students, visitors, and other individuals and groups representing the University.

Policy
The University of Dayton shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the Association and Conferences in the conduct of its intercollegiate athletics programs. Faculty, staff, students, visitors, and other individuals and groups representing the University shall comply with the applicable rules.
The Vice President of Athletics shall be responsible for generating, reviewing, approving, and enforcing specific Association and Conference policies.
