All accepted applicants are required to complete and submit this form along with your seat deposit of $400 to hold your place in the entering class. All seat deposits are non-refundable and will be credited toward your tuition and fees for the 2026–2027 academic year.

For the 2026 Entering Class: Your seat deposit is due by the date indicated in your letter of acceptance.
