Paul Schweickart serves as the Assistant Dean of Advocacy & Intervention for the Dean of Students Office at the University of Dayton. He provides crisis management services, support services for students, intervention, screening as well as resources and education for students, faculty, and staff. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and has worked in several different aspects of the mental health field during his career, including community mental health, private practice, court-ordered and referred treatment, and forensic services.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and his master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University.
