Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage student organization ledger and club accounts
- Develop financial processes, training and resource materials for student organizations with a focus on fiscal accountability
- Support student organization purchasing, reimbursements, and travel coordination
- Develop financial training for student organization officers and advisers.
- Support student organization fundraising and engagement with University advancement.
- Oversees compliance with credit card, PCI, and P-card policies.
