Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitates and supports a variety of student leadership initiatives including UleaD, Transfer Mentorship Program, Women's Leadership Immersion, and the Leadership in Service Scholarship
- Collaborates with Housing and Residence Life to manage the Special Interest Housing
- Manages student organization recognition and potential new organization processes and ensures compliance through risk management
- Serves as a point of contact for Organization and Umbrella Advisers and leads Campus Collaboration Collective
