Chris Fishpaw serves as the Assistant Dean of Students and Senior Director for the Center for Student Involvement, where he provides strategic leadership and policy oversight for the University's student organizations and involvement.
His primary objective is to ensure high-impact experiential learning through the development of robust curriculum and support services for all recognized student organizations and fraternity/sorority chapters. This involves mentoring professional staff, advising the Student Government Association (SGA) executive team, and overseeing departmental assessment and quality assurance, alongside maintaining fiscal responsibility and compliance.
As an Assistant Dean, Chris provides support to student care and crisis management, and acts as a conduct resolution officer.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Master of Science in Education in College Student Personnel from the University of Dayton.
