Amer serves as a Graduate Assistant for Facility Operations and Member Services at the University of Dayton Campus Recreation, where he supports daily operations and supervises student employees. He is passionate about fostering student development and building a strong sense of community, and strives to create an environment where student staff feel supported, connected and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Amer is a regular at the RecPlex and a devoted F1 fan, a passion that traces back to childhood dreams of becoming a racing driver. He brings that same drive and competitive spirit into his role, committed to cultivating an inclusive, collaborative workplace that elevates the student employee experience and strengthens the broader campus community.
