Profile
Amanda is the Director of Access Services and Building Operations and is responsible for all aspects of access services functions of University Libraries. This includes leadership and management of two service desks, Interlibrary loan, stacks maintenance, and over 30 student employees. Amanda investigates and evaluates current and changing trends applying acquired knowledge and expertise to improve workflows and services. She recommends policies and practices that improve and enhance a sustainable customer service model for the library. Amanda serves as the Door Access Control System Administrator, along with monitoring and managing building operations for University Libraries.
