Shanda joined the Collections Strategies & Services team in September 2024 to assist the Coordinator of Electronic Resources & Discovery in managing e-resources in EDS and EBSCO Holdings Management; manage public-facing LibGuides; manage public-facing interfaces for UDiscover, EBSCOhost databases, Full Text Finder, and Publication Finder; gather e-resources usage statistics; and troubleshoot e-resources access issues.
