Kimberly joined UD in January 2025 after over 20 years as a civil litigator in the private sector for several law firms and as in-house counsel for two fortune 500 companies. Immediately prior to joining UD’s legal team, Kimberly most recently practiced law with Freund, Freeze, and Arnold in Dayton. A seasoned trial attorney in state and federal courts, Kimberly has handled a wide variety of complex litigation in Texas, California, and Ohio, where she has current licenses.
As Associate General Counsel in the University’s Office of Legal Affairs, Kimberly serves as the point person for employment and immigration matters.
