Ms. Jennifer Strong is an Acquisition Fraud Counsel in the Procurement Fraud Law Division of the Air Force Materiel Command Law Office (AFMCLO), located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. AFMCLO Procurement Fraud Law Division works eighty percent of the Air Force significant procurement fraud remedies cases, with over $2 billion at risk. Ms. Strong is responsible for preparing fraud remedies plans, supporting the Air Force Suspension and Debarment Official in exercising administrative remedies, and assisting the Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office, Air Force Office of Special Investigations and other investigative agencies in procurement fraud cases.

Ms. Strong attended Clark University where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in German and Comparative Literature. During 2002 and 2003 she studied overseas at the Universitat Trier in Trier, Germany. Following completion of her undergraduate studies she attended New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. There she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007. During her time in Law School Ms. Strong worked at Lawson and Weitzen, LLC a large multi-service practice located in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, she served with the Committee for Public Counsel Services as a Public Defender for the Worcester County Probate and Family Court then later went on to serve with the Division of Administrative Law Appeals housed in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2009 she entered into the Contracting career field as a civilian with the Air Force at Hanscom Air Force Base where she began as a Contract Specialist. Ms. Strong later quickly promoted to Procurement Contracting Officer holding an Unlimited Warrant. During her time in Contracting, Ms. Strong worked on both Systems and Advisory and Assistance Service contracts, namely Integrated Base Defense Security Systems, Force Protection Security Systems, Joint Environmental Toolkit, Portable Doppler Radar, Fixed Meteorological Equipment, Professional Acquisition Support Services and Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services. She also supported the Contracting Clearance and Policy Division and various Multi-functional Review Teams. In October of 2013 Ms. Strong joined the 66th Air Base Group Hanscom legal office. She was assigned as Fraud and Program Counsel and responsible for A&AS, Federally Funded Research and Development and Base Operational contracts. In addition, Ms. Strong supported Non-Appropriated Funds contracts and provided counsel to matters involving Community Partnership, Education Partnership Agreements and Hanscom’s Government Ethics program. Ms. Strong is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States Supreme Court.
